First, you'll need to book a Discovery Call. During this 1-1.5 hr call we'll cover:
- Current website (if any)
- Marketing struggles (how are you getting patients now)
- Areas you need some help
- Discuss website strategies
- Suggesting tools, apps or additional software for help you run your practice efficiently
- Creating a website structure that is easy to navigate
- Choosing a website plan that suits your needs
A proposal will be within 2 weeks after the meeting.
Once received, you can take this proposal to other web designers for quotes or if you decide to continue with Sprout Your Practice, we'll get started right away and the $299 consultation fee is credited towards your website package of your choice.

Once your website is completed, I'll create custom blocks for you so you can easily make basic to moderate changes yourself. This way, you'll be able to keep as much money in your pocket as possible and not pay a web designer additional money to make changes. You'll receive, "How To Videos that area catered to what you need. If you can log into a computer, you can easily make these changes. Here is an example of some video I created for past clients:
My rate is $349/hr USD. There is no minimum hourly rates so if it takes me 10minutes to complete, you only get charged a prorated rate for the time.
You'll receive an invoice for 1/2 of the website package you choose. The other 1/2 is due in 6 weeks after completing, 'The 6 Week Content Creation & Marketing Course'.
If you content is not 100% ready after the 6 weeks, it's no problem; we'll work on it together at your pace, but the final balance is due in 6 weeks after the scheduled course completion.
This truly depends on you and how quickly you can get the website content to me. If you take advantage of the FREE limited time offer, take the 'The 6 Week Content Creation & Marketing Course' & do the work systematically - you'll be ready in approx. 6 weeks.

Yes, Sprout Your Practice offers copywriting services. This is an additional service and not included with the website plan.
Its a good idea to have a brand package with a logo, colors & fonts. However, if you do not have a logo just yet, we can still continue. You'll receive a link with various color pallets and fonts. From there you can choose something you like & we can move forward.
Later, if you decide to work with a brand designer, you can send him or her the Standard Graphic Sheet with your choices.
